Summer Milestones, a Sold Painting, & New Projects

It has been an incredibly busy and rewarding season in the studio, and I’m thrilled to share a few exciting updates and milestones with you all.

Homien’s Art Prize Recognition

I am incredibly honored to share that my work was recently recognized in the Homien’s Art Prize, where I received a 'Highly Commendable Artist' distinction. It is always deeply encouraging to have the studio's output recognized on such a platform alongside so many talented contemporary artists.

A New Home for 'Mary'

I am so happy to announce that "Mary" has officially found a new home! The painting sold recently out of Miriam in Park Slope, Brooklyn. A huge thank you to the collectors—it is always a bittersweet but beautiful moment sending a piece out into the world, and I am thrilled it found its perfect match in Brooklyn.

On the Easel: Current Commissions & Upcoming Projects

The studio is humming with energy right now. I am currently immersed in two ongoing custom commissions. I can’t share the final looks just yet, but as soon as they are completed and delivered, I will be posting a look at the finished pieces (and perhaps a bit of the behind-the-scenes process) over on my Instagram. Keep an eye out for the reveal!

Beyond commission work, I am quietly diving into two major new projects. They are still in their intensive development phases, but they represent a really exciting direction for my practice. I can’t wait to share the official details with you all in due time—stay tuned for updates!
